Dates, Deadlines, and Tuition for Fall 2021/2022
  • Out of Parish Fair Share:  $11,797.00 per student

    • 1st Student:  $8,848.00
    • 2nd Student:  $6,193.30
    • 3rd Student:  $5,264.30
    • 4th Student and each student thereafter:  $0.00

Application for families NEW to St. John School for the upcoming school year begins Monday, January 4.  Returning students and new siblings of returning students will receive a personalized link and can begin re-enrollment and requesting enrollment for NEW siblings, after State of the School.  Deadline to submit an application or renew your student’s placement for the upcoming year:  February 10, 2021. Applications not meeting the deadline will be considered after on-time applications have been placed.

Placement notification will be emailed to all students entering PK, K, and those students new to St. John Catholic School in grades 1-8.  Students returning and promoted to grades 1-8 will do so without written notification as long as they have completed re-registration tasks.

Considerations for Admission of NEW Students and Wait Pool

Although active participation in St. John Parish is a consideration in the application process, we typically have room for and encourage the participation of non-Catholic and/or out of parish families.

Frequently there are more applicants than openings in a particular grade. Applications for students not placed are held in a “wait pool” for the remainder of the school year.  As openings become available, all students in the wait pool are considered again for admission.  The wait pool exists for one school year and does not carry over; applicants must reapply each year if they wish to be considered for future grades.

Process for Families NEW to St. John Catholic School & Returning Students with/without New Siblings

  • ALL families apply or re-enroll students through the SchoolAdmin, our partner for application, enrollment, and tuition/fee payments.
    • Families NEW to St. John School, (link is currently unavailable – please contact Jonna Skokan, jskokan@st-johnschool.org) and pay your application/registration fee
    • Returning families will receive instructions via email after State of the School, with instructions for setting up SchoolAdmin accounts
  • Families NEW to St. John Catholic School (not enrolled for the current school year)
    • Application/Registration Fees
      • Families applying for students in Preschool (no siblings in K-8) – $250.00
      • Kindergarten-8 with or without Preschool enrollment – $350.00
      • Fees are non-refundable upon formal acceptance notification
        • Application/Registration fees will be refunded should the student be placed in the wait pool, less a $50 process fee
      • Families enrolling as St. John the Evangelist Parish members must view the State of the Parish and the State of the School presentations.  All others are recommended to view the State of the Parish but are not required to do so. Viewing of State of the School is required of all families seeking acceptance and enrollment in St. John Catholic School regardless of parish status. State of the School will take place virtually in late January (applicants will be notified via email with a link to the presentation).
