St. John to Host Greenwood Community Council Meeting 3/15 at 7 pm
The Greenwood Community Council’s monthly meeting on Tuesday, 3/15 will be devoted to the aftermath of the blast that leveled part of downtown Greenwood and focus on the way forward:
- Steps to take to prepare for and avoid future disasters such as gas leaks
- Resources for recovering and rebuilding
The meeting will be held at 7 pm in Egan Hall. The program for this event is in flux, but there are confirmed speakers from Puget Sound Energy, the Mayor’s Office, Seattle’s Department of Neighborhoods and Office of Economic Development and the Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA).
