Auction Liaisons Needed

As a way to strengthen our auction items, each class is responsible for organizing a group item. The Auction liaison’s role is to coordinate and facilitate a group donation from families in your particular class/grade.  The Liaison initiates a donation idea and then organizes and plans the item’s every detail.  We still need liaisons in many grades so if you are interested, please contact the Auction Team at stjohnprocure@gmail.com for more details.

Ready to help but stumped for item ideas? Here are some fun ideas to get you started:

  • Year of dates
  • Year of babysitting (12  7th or 8th graders)
  • Year of ANYTHING – what is your class’ strength?
  • Flip flop lemon drop party/ margaritaville party
  • Rein Haus party
  • Partybus pub crawl
  • Away game Huskies or Seahawks package (hotel points and airline miles with tickets)
  • Ice skating party
  • Whirleyball party
  • Bowling party
  • Raffle basket themed Havana nights
  • Paint the town / Sip and paint
  • Pedicure party
  • Scavenger hunt / Amazing race party (clues, activities, food or dinner after)
  • Flag football signup party

Procurement Collection Day #2

We will be collecting procurement forms and items on Tuesday, December 1 by the flagpole during morning drop off.
