St. John School will host Spanish Club for students in grades PreSchool-8th grade.
The Spanish Club seeks to provide opportunities for students who desire a Spanish immersion experience. Activities will include authentic language exchanges, cultural lessons, art, and theatre. The Club is open to all levels of Spanish, but preference will be given to students who exemplify a willingness to communicate only in the target language. Students with near-native fluency are encouraged to register. PreSchool and Kindergarten students are asked to have a parent present during each class.
The Club will meet Tuesdays after school, beginning Tuesday, February 27, 3:05pm-4:05pm. Registration is limited to 16 participants with a fee of $65.00. The portal to request inclusion in Spanish Club will open on Monday, February 12, at 7pm. Students will be notified of confirmed registration by Monday, February 19, at which time a link will be shared for payment of the fee.
