Thank you to all who donated to the 2016 Fund-A-Need campaign. This year’s auction was a great success due in large part to the generosity of benefactors such as you who support our programs. The much needed enhancements to the Egan kitchen will enable us to provide nutritious hot lunches for students. It will also better allow us to hold fundraising events while providing a place for the parish and school community to gather and share meals together.
To date, St. John Parish and School have collected more than $145,000 toward the “Crispin’s Kitchen” project. Parish administration is currently gathering construction bids and anticipates the project launch in early summer. Barring any unforeseen expenses or delays, the kitchen will open for the start of the 2016/17 school year. School administration is reviewing student lunch program options.
