Happy Catholic Schools Week!
Catholic Schools Week is an annual celebration of Catholic education across the United States. This coming week, approximately 1.9 million students enrolled in the 6,429 Catholic schools will join that celebration, which focuses on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to the church, local communities, and the nation. The theme this year “Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed” encompasses the core values that can be found not only in our schools but in our communities. The fact that our community members, teachers, parents, students are all learning, serving and leading together makes our schools succeed.
We will begin the observation of Catholic Schools Week at the 10:30am mass on Sunday, January 28th. This will be followed by Open House and the 8th Grade Cultural Fair. We look forward to seeing you there.
God Bless,
Bernadette
