  • Romaine Information from Charlie’s Produce:  This is the most current information posted on the CDC website, April 20, 2018 at 4pm EST.
In this posting, the CDC states:

    • “Based on new information, CDC is expanding its warning to consumers to cover all types of romaine lettuce from the Yuma, Arizona growing region. This warning now includes whole heads and hearts of romaine lettuce, in addition to chopped romaine and salads and salad mixes containing romaine. Do not buy or eat romaine lettuce at a grocery store or restaurant unless you can confirm it is not from the Yuma, Arizona, growing region.” Note, the CDC is still only recommending only to avoid romaine product from Yuma, Arizona. All the Romaine, in all forms and packs that Charlie’s is currently shipping, is from California. We will continue to monitor the situation and release any new information as it becomes available.
Sincerely, Michael Ruff, Director of Food Safety, Charlie’s Produce

The coaching philosophy and focus on the game is St. John CYO friendly. This is a great option for advanced soccer without the extreme time intensity and cost of other local organizations. Tryouts/placements are May 12, at Ingraham High School.  Summer Youth Program June 25- August 24 is only $350 for Monday – Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm at Bitterlake. Age 7-17. Great deal!
