For such a short month, February has a slew of celebrations: Catholic Schools Week, Spirit Day, Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, and Mid-Winter Holiday – whew! If you are too busy to cook because of all the festivities, don’t worry. Chef Michael and the Kitchen Crew have your back.
