St. John Moms Are Tennis Doubles Champs
St. John moms, Lisa McKenny and Ann Foley Finnan, represented Seattle and the Pacific NW region winning first place at the USTA National Championships last weekend. Their team bested 2,967 teams from across the US. 55,000 women competed this year. Congratulations ladies!
St. John Grad Wins Dance Championship
Juliet Romano-Olsen ’13 won first place in the US Inter-Regional Championships of Scottish Highland Dancing in July in the 16-17 year old group. Juliet was invited to dance in the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, an international event showcasing music, dance and display from around the world. Juliet is a senior at Holy Names Academy.
St. John Grads Excel at X-Country
Several St. John graduates are headed to State following last weekend’s Cross Country District Championships. Holy Names Academy took first place led in part by sisters Colleen ’13 and Lucy Martinez ’15.
